The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Key Holder to join the team at our Sudbury store, located at: 1955 Lasalle Blvd, Unit 5, Greater Sudbury, ON P3A 2A3

If you’re someone who enjoys supporting a team, creating great shopping experiences, and helping customers find what they need, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do as Key Holder:

• Support the Team: Assist with training, coaching, and supporting Retail Sales Associates
• Be the Go-To for Customers: Provide exceptional service to every customer, handle exchanges or refunds, and assist with resolving any issues professionally and positively.
• Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, and create a welcoming space for customers and team members.
• Manage Inventory: Assist with receiving, replenishing stock, processing transfers, and ensuring inventory counts are accurate.
• Close Up Shop: Carry out keyholder responsibilities, including securing the store, balancing registers, and completing end-of-day paperwork.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 1 or more years of retail experience
• Team Player: You’re great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Tech Skills: You’re comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
